LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME), hereinafter referred to as THE CHRONOSPHERE, is an entity dedicated to leisure and entertainment activities based on solving mysteries and puzzles in escape rooms.
The CHRONONAUTS, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENTS, take part in a story set within immersive environments and must solve the puzzles and challenges presented to them within a specific time frame for each activity in order to successfully complete it.
In compliance with the information obligation stipulated in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, THE CHRONOSPHERE provides the following identifying information about its business:

The information contained in this document establishes and regulates the terms of use, liability limitations and obligations that CLIENTS and visitors of THE CHRONOSPHERE’s official website assume and agree to respect, especially when booking any of the offered services.
THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to modify and update, at any time and without prior notice, the information contained on the official website, its configuration and design, as well as these general agreements, terms and conditions, along with any other specific conditions that may apply.

LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) collects certain CLIENT information solely to provide the best possible experience, manage the booking of offered services and maximize the quality of the leisure and entertainment activities that define its business.
Some of the data voluntarily provided by CLIENTS is also used by THE CHRONOSPHERE to faithfully comply with its tax and fiscal obligations in accordance with current legislation.
Likewise, certain information collected by THE CHRONOSPHERE through proprietary or third-party cookies may be used to store and manage CLIENT preferences, analyze traffic, enable dynamic content on the official website, ensure its proper functioning and gather analytical data on user behavior.
By accessing the official website, subscribing to periodically published newsletters, making a reservation, payment or booking any of the offered services, participating in activities conducted on the premises or interacting with THE CHRONOSPHERE through its official social media profiles, CLIENTS voluntarily provide this information and agree to its inclusion in a file owned by THE CHRONOSPHERE.
THE CHRONOSPHERE is responsible for managing and maintaining this file. Under no circumstances will it transfer any collected personal data to third parties without the express authorization of the data owner, nor will it use CLIENTS’ voluntarily provided data for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.
CLIENTS, in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and with European Regulation 2016/679, of April 27, on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data (GDPR), may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, information, erasure, portability, restriction of processing and automated individual decision-making at any time.
THE CHRONOSPHERE, in compliance with the aforementioned regulations, is required to provide CLIENTS with a response within a maximum period of one month after receiving their request for the processing of personal data through any of the official communication channels listed in the "Description and Identifying Information" section.
In addition to submitting a dated and signed request, CLIENTS must provide a photocopy of the applicant’s National Identity Document (DNI), details of the request being made, any supporting documents if applicable and physical and/or electronic contact information for notification purposes.

Confidentiality Preservation
Due to the nature of the leisure and entertainment activities offered by LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME), maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental aspect to ensure the quality and proper delivery of the services that constitute its business.
By accessing the official website, making a booking and, in particular, attending and using THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities to enjoy the contracted services, CLIENTS implicitly agree to preserve confidentiality and not publicly disclose or share any details related to these services. This includes refraining from sharing information on social media or other communication platforms that could alter or impact the experience of future CLIENTS or damage the public image of THE CHRONOSPHERE and the services it offers.
Specifically, it is strictly prohibited to take photographs or record videos of the facilities without prior express written authorization from THE CHRONOSPHERE. Furthermore, CLIENTS are entirely restricted from using mobile phones, cameras, video recorders or any other electronic devices that could be used for such purposes. These must be deposited in designated areas while they remain within THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities.
THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to terminate ongoing activities at any time and without prior notice, to expel CLIENTS from its premises, without any partial or full refund of the contracted services, and to report any breach of these conditions to the relevant authorities if there is evidence of non-compliance.
During the activities, and particularly after the completion of the services, THE CHRONOSPHERE may request CLIENTS to participate in a voluntary commemorative photograph or video recording at a designated location within its facilities.
By booking the services, CLIENTS provide implicit consent for this commemorative material to be used at any time by THE CHRONOSPHERE for advertising purposes only. This material may appear on the official website, on managed social media accounts or in various printed or electronic publications created for such purposes.
If CLIENTS voluntarily participate in the photographic material but do not wish for it to be used as described above, they must explicitly notify THE CHRONOSPHERE, preferably at the time the material is captured, so that appropriate action can be taken.
In any case, the commemorative material voluntarily collected from CLIENTS during the service is protected under the clauses described in the "Data Protection and Privacy" section and THE CHRONOSPHERE commits to never sharing this material with third parties and to using it exclusively for the mentioned purposes.

Industrial Property and Copyright
The original logo of LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME), as well as any of its authorized and derivative official versions, in accordance with Law 17/2001, of December 7, on Trademarks, are protected under Industrial Property Protection legislation and has been duly registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).
Likewise, without limitation, all texts, images, icons, videos, illustrations and other content published on THE CHRONOSPHERE’s official website, on its managed social media accounts or in any printed or electronic communication are protected under Intellectual Property Protection regulations, in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, on Intellectual Property Law and Law 2/2019, of March 1, amending the Intellectual Property Law.
Consequently, with all rights reserved, it is strictly prohibited, on any platform or technical medium, to copy, distribute, modify, transform, use or reproduce any of the logos, brand images or multimedia content mentioned above, regardless of their source, without the express prior written authorization of THE CHRONOSPHERE.
Similarly, it is strictly forbidden to remove, manipulate, bypass any security system or alter copyright notices, digital identifiers or any other technical mechanisms implemented to recognize the reserved rights exercised by THE CHRONOSPHERE or, where applicable, by third parties who have authorized the use of such content.
Furthermore, THE CHRONOSPHERE, on its own behalf or on behalf of any of its collaborators, reserves the right to take legal action to ensure compliance with Industrial and Intellectual Property Protection legislation. It will seek legally established liabilities if it detects any unauthorized, improper, defamatory, harmful, obscene, offensive or detrimental use of the aforementioned material, whether affecting its own image, that of its collaborators or that of its CLIENTS.

Reservations - Introduction and Responsibilities
The official website of LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) provides all the necessary information and details regarding the storyline and theme of the activities conducted at its facilities.
The activities at THE CHRONOSPHERE do not pose any risk or danger to the safety of participants, as long as they follow the rules and instructions given during the experience. However, special caution is recommended for individuals with heart conditions, claustrophobia, epilepsy or migraines, as well as for pregnant women or those people who are highly impressionable or easily frightened. In any case, the facilities are equipped with clearly identifiable emergency systems which participants may use at any time to stop the activities if they voluntarily choose to do so.
THE CHRONOSPHERE disclaims all responsibility for any personal and/or material damage that CLIENTS or their belongings may suffer due to improper, incorrect or inappropriate use of the furniture, tools or other elements within the facilities during the activities. Likewise, THE CHRONOSPHERE is not responsible for clients' personal belongings, whether stored in designated areas or not, while they are at the premises.
The person booking THE CHRONOSPHERE’s leisure and entertainment services is also considered the representative of the group of CLIENTS participating in the activities, even in cases where they are not physically present during the experience, such as when making a reservation using a gift card at the time of booking.
This representative is responsible for providing truthful, honest and accurate information in all forms completed during the reservation process, particularly concerning contact and billing details for the selected services.
If a failure to comply with this obligation is detected or if CLIENTS cannot be contacted using the provided details for any necessary arrangements related to the booked activities, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to cancel the scheduled activities without any possibility of a partial or full refund of the amount already paid.
Furthermore, the representative will be held accountable, even if they do not participate in the activities, for any legal or administrative actions that THE CHRONOSPHERE may need to take against CLIENTS who violate any of the general conditions outlined in this section of the official website.
Therefore, booking any of the services offered by THE CHRONOSPHERE implies that CLIENTS fully agree to and accept, without reservations or objections, each and every one of the clauses, terms and general conditions detailed in this section of the official website, regardless of their role as representatives and/or participants.

Reservations - Participants and Recommendations
Regardless of its storyline or theme, the leisure and entertainment activities offered by LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) are suitable for all audiences, unless otherwise stated in the information sheet or during the booking process of the corresponding service.
CLIENTS participating in activities at THE CHRONOSPHERE must be of legal age. If a participant does not meet this age requirement, they must always be accompanied by an adult who will help them understand the setting and storyline, assist them in situations they cannot resolve on their own and take full responsibility for any issues or circumstances that may arise during their visit.
Therefore, minors are not allowed to access the facilities unless accompanied and supervised by an adult, who is not part of the staff of the organization, and who will be responsible for monitoring their behavior, performance and safety during the contracted activities. THE CHRONOSPHERE assumes no responsibility for participants in its activities, particularly minors.
Although the services are suitable for all audiences, THE CHRONOSPHERE recommends a minimum age of 14 years for full and easy enjoyment of the experience. Younger participants may struggle to understand the storyline and theme or properly interact with certain mechanisms essential to completing the activity successfully.
Additionally, due to the presence of small parts that could pose a choking hazard to young children, infants or babies continuous adult supervision for their safety is absolutely essential. In such cases, the use of child safety harnesses or similar restraint systems is mandatory to ensure that the accompanying adult maintains constant supervision throughout the entire duration of their stay at THE CHRONOSPHERE.
The number of participants selected during the booking process must include all attendees, regardless of their age, as long as they will be actively participating in the contracted activities. The only exception applies when an adult carries a child or infant using a child safety harness or similar device, in which case only one reservation slot, the one corresponding to the adult, is required for both CLIENTS, the adult and the child.
In all cases, every participant in THE CHRONOSPHERE’s activities, regardless of age, will be counted towards the venue's maximum capacity limit in compliance with safety and occupancy regulations.

Reservations - Pets and Prohibited Items
For the safety of CLIENTS and the facilities of LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME), the use and presence of certain items are not permitted during the leisure and entertainment activities offered.
As stated in the "Confidentiality Preservation" section, the use of mobile phones, cameras or any other electronic devices capable of taking photos or recording videos at the facilities is strictly prohibited unless expressly prior express written authorization by THE CHRONOSPHERE.
Therefore, CLIENTS must store such devices in the designated areas while inside the facilities.
The use of strollers or similar equipment is strictly prohibited inside THE CHRONOSPHERE, as well as their partial or total use during the activities. Due to their nature, they pose a safety risk to participants and the facilities, as they can cause distractions, lapses in supervision and potential hazards to young children, infants or babies which, in the worst case, could result in serious personal injuries or material damages.
As a result, CLIENTS must leave these items in the designated storage areas along with their other personal belongings while inside the facilities. If necessary, child safety harnesses or similar restraint systems should be used instead, as indicated in the "Reservations - Participants and Recommendations" section.
The use of roller skates, traditional or electric scooters, bicycles, tricycles, pedal or electric cars, balls or any other similar sports equipment is strictly prohibited within the THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities due to the safety risks they present.
Under no circumstances are pets or companion animals allowed inside THE CHRONOSPHERE, regardless of whether they are carried in cages, bags, pet carriers or similar accessories. This restriction applies even if CLIENTS commit to carrying or supervising them at all times while participating, due to the hygiene, sanitary and safety risks they may pose to the facilities, organization’s staff and other participants.
For all purposes, guide dogs assisting individuals with visual impairments are not considered pets or companion animals. As such, they are allowed to access THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities without restriction, provided that the group of participants ensures their safety and well-being throughout the activity. Additionally, for booking purposes, the guide dog and the assisted CLIENT will count as a single participant, with only the CLIENT requiring a reservation slot.

Reservations - Bookings and Payment Methods
The official website of LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) provides not only information about the theme and nature of the activities conducted at its facilities but also detailed availability of specific dates and times for CLIENTS to make their reservations.
Following the steps outlined in the booking assistant which will guide them through the reservation process, CLIENTS will be asked to provide certain information which THE CHRONOSPHERE will use exclusively to correctly tailor the offered service, confirm the reservation for the selected time slot and process the corresponding payment.
Once the process has been successfully completed, THE CHRONOSPHERE will send CLIENTS an automatic electronic confirmation which will also serve as proof of the completed reservation.
This confirmation will include the exact date and time at which CLIENTS must arrive at THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities to enjoy the booked services.
Due to the nature and scheduling of the activities, and in order to avoid negatively affecting the reservations of subsequent CLIENTS, punctuality is strictly required when arriving at THE CHRONOSPHERE’s premises.
CLIENTS acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with this requirement, by arriving more than ten minutes late after the scheduled start time, will reduce the duration of the contracted service. If the delay exceeds ten minutes, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to cancel the activity, without the CLIENTS being entitled to a full or partial refund of the corresponding amount.
Except for specific exceptions, payment for the activities must be made in full via electronic transaction using a bank card during the booking process through the secure payment gateway provided on the official website of THE CHRONOSPHERE.
By booking any of the available services, CLIENTS agree to present a copy of the reservation confirmation, preferably printed, to THE CHRONOSPHERE, which may request it for verification against its records before allowing participation in the activities.
If an unsolvable irregularity is detected in the booking or payment process that is not attributable to THE CHRONOSPHERE, the organization reserves the right to cancel the scheduled activities, expel the CLIENTS from the facilities without the possibility of a full or partial refund and report the situation to the appropriate authorities.

Reservations - Prices and Promotional Codes
The prices of the activities at LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) depend on various factors, such as the size of the CLIENT group, the date and time of the booking or any special promotions or events that may cause variations in the standard rates.
THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice and CLIENTS will always have access to the most up-to-date pricing information in the reservation forms available on the official website.
Additionally, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to issue discounts through promotional codes and advertise them via the official website, managed social media accounts, printed or electronic communications intended for this purpose or other channels deemed appropriate.
The specific terms and conditions of each promotional code, such as single-use or multiple-use eligibility, validity period and expiration date, will be explicitly stated in the corresponding promotional communication.
To redeem discounts on standard prices, CLIENTS must apply the promotional codes during the booking process while ensuring they meet all the associated conditions.
As a result, CLIENTS cannot request THE CHRONOSPHERE to get price reductions if they fail to meet some or all of the special conditions tied to a promotional code, especially if used outside its validity period.
In the specific case that the value of a promotional code is lower than the total price of the selected booking on THE CHRONOSPHERE’s official website, CLIENTS must pay the remaining balance via electronic transaction with a bank card before finalizing the reservation.
In the specific case that the value of a promotional code exceeds the total price of the selected booking, CLIENTS acknowledge that THE CHRONOSPHERE will not refund the difference, as detailed in the "Reservations – Modifications and Variations" section.
In the specific case that fraudulent use of promotional codes is detected, such as violating specific terms, especially using a single-use code multiple times, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to immediately cancel, without prior notice, the validity of the involved codes, as well as all related reservations, without refunding CLIENTS the amount paid for them or for the promotional codes used in the reservation process.
Under general conditions, at no time promotional codes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent or for other services, activities or schedules not included in the specific terms and conditions associated with them.

Reservations - Modifications and Variations
Although the official website of LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) allows the booking of the entertainment activities offered, CLIENTS must contact THE CHRONOSPHERE to request any modification to an already confirmed reservation.
Likewise, CLIENTS must contact THE CHRONOSPHERE if they wish to check the availability of sessions outside the time slots available in the reservation form on the official website.
For this purpose, THE CHRONOSPHERE provides different contact methods detailed in the "Description and Identifying Information" section, with email communication being the preferred method for requesting reservation modifications to ensure quality in the management process.
Due to internal logistical matters, the deadline for making any modification is two full business days before the start of the scheduled activity. Once this deadline has passed, THE CHRONOSPHERE does not guarantee that any changes can be made to the original reservation, meaning that the conditions, schedules and participant quotas of the initial booking will remain unchanged.
The following sections detail the specific procedures that CLIENTS must follow to modify their reservations, as well as certain booking scenarios that require special processing.
In any case, before the reserved entertainment activities begin, THE CHRONOSPHERE will verify that the group of participants matches the details of the reservation. Likewise, CLIENTS must have paid the full amount for the activities, a procedure that is generally carried out at the time of booking.
In the specific case that the reservation does not match the characteristics of the group or if the full payment has not been completed before the activity begins, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to request the settlement of pending amounts, either through an electronic transaction to the bank card linked to the reservation or by payment of the exact corresponding amount in cash.
Under this circumstance, CLIENTS acknowledge that any delays in processing and verifying this payment will reduce the duration of the contracted service, without affecting subsequent reservations made by other CLIENTS.
If CLIENTS refuse to settle the payment before starting the activity, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to immediately cancel the booked reservation, expel the CLIENTS from its facilities without any right to a full or partial refund and report the situation to the authorities.

Reservations - Date and Time Changes
CLIENTS may contact LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) to change the schedule of an already booked and processed reservation following the instructions, procedures and deadlines specified in the "Reservations - Modifications and Variations" section.
In the specific case that CLIENTS request a modification to the date and/or time of the initial reservation within the previously mentioned two full business days deadline, THE CHRONOSPHERE will generate a discount code equivalent to the amount already paid for the reservation.
Subsequently, THE CHRONOSPHERE will send this discount code to CLIENTS using the contact details they provided at the time of the original booking, allowing them to manage a new reservation, subject to availability, through THE CHRONOSPHERE’s official website.
The aforementioned discount code will be for single use only and will have a validity period, which will be communicated to CLIENTS at the time of issuance. By entering it in the corresponding reservation form, CLIENTS will be able to deduct the previously paid amount from the new booking total.
Once the request for a date and/or time modification has been made and the discount code equivalent to the already paid amount has been issued to CLIENTS, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to proceed with the cancellation of the original booking, making it available again on the official website for other CLIENTS to reserve.
As indicated, CLIENTS should consider the initial reservation canceled at the moment they submit the schedule change request, even if, due to administrative delays inherent to the process, THE CHRONOSPHERE has not yet sent them the discount code or officially canceled the original reservation, which may still appear as occupied on the official website.
Additionally, CLIENTS acknowledge that modifying the schedule of the initial booking does not grant them any rights or priority over reservations that have already been made by other CLIENTS at the time of the modification request. Therefore, CLIENTS must adjust their new reservation selection according to the availability at the time of booking.
Failing to use the discount code within its validity period will result in the total loss of the equivalent amount, with no right to a full or partial refund, nor to the renewal of the discount code with a new validity period.
The generated discount code is a special type of promotional code and is therefore subject to the same conditions specified in the "Reservations - Prices and Promotional Codes" section.

Reservations - Attendee Groups Changes
CLIENTS may contact LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) to modify the number of attendees participating in the activities associated with an already booked and processed reservation, following the instructions, procedures and deadlines specified in the "Reservations - Modifications and Variations" section.
In the specific case that CLIENTS request an increase in the size of the group that will simultaneously participate in the activities within the previously mentioned two full business days deadline, THE CHRONOSPHERE will issue an additional charge via electronic transaction to the bank card linked to the original reservation for the difference in price, if applicable. Alternatively, CLIENTS will have the option to pay this difference in cash and with the exact amount just before the activity begins.
Once the difference in price has been duly paid, THE CHRONOSPHERE will send a confirmation notice to CLIENTS, using the contact details provided during the reservation process, informing them that the change in the number of participants has been successfully processed.
At this point, as indicated, CLIENTS should consider the modification in the number of attendees effective. Therefore, until this confirmation is received, the number of participants allowed will be the one specified in the original reservation.
In the special case that, before the start of the contracted activities, an increase in the group size is detected without CLIENTS having properly managed it through the aforementioned procedure, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to apply the payment adjustment and cancellation policies outlined in the "Reservations - Modifications and Variations" and "Reservations – Refunds and Cancellations" sections.
Any increase in the group size must always comply with the maximum capacity limits inherent to the contracted services.
Therefore, THE CHRONOSPHERE will not allow any increase in the number of participants if the group has already reached the corresponding limit or if the increase would exceed this limit. In such cases, CLIENTS must divide their group and book separate services for each, always respecting the applicable capacity restrictions.
In the specific case that CLIENTS request a reduction in the number of participants for the originally booked activities, whether in advance or upon arrival at the facilities, they acknowledge that THE CHRONOSPHERE will not refund the difference in price, if applicable, as detailed in the "Reservations – Refunds and Cancellations" section.

Reservations - Refunds and Cancellations
Under general conditions, LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) does not offer full or partial refunds for reservations once they have been completed and processed.
Therefore, and especially in cases where modifications or cancellations are directly attributable to CLIENTS, THE CHRONOSPHERE will not accept refund requests or reimbursements for amounts already paid.
In such situations, CLIENTS may always request a modification of their reservation instead of a cancellation following the procedures detailed in the "Reservations - Modifications and Variations" section.
In the special case that one or more reservations must be suspended or canceled due to force majeure, whether directly attributable to THE CHRONOSPHERE or entirely beyond its control, THE CHRONOSPHERE will contact all affected CLIENTS as soon as possible to inform them of this situation using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
In such cases, THE CHRONOSPHERE will offer affected CLIENTS the option to exchange the canceled reservation for a single-use discount code with a limited validity period. This discount code is a special type of promotional code, and is therefore subject to the conditions specified in the "Reservations - Prices and Promotional Codes" section.
The aforementioned discount code will be sent to the affected CLIENTS, allowing them to process a new reservation through the booking form on THE CHRONOSPHERE’s official website, subject to availability. In these cases, THE CHRONOSPHERE will cover any price differences between the canceled reservation and the newly booked one.
As a result, CLIENTS may select any available date and time slot in the booking module on the official website, regardless of potential price variations due to differences in dates, times or the number of participants.
In the special case that the cancellation occurs due to force majeure attributable to THE CHRONOSPHERE and CLIENTS do not wish to receive a discount code in exchange for the canceled reservation, THE CHRONOSPHERE will issue a full refund for the amount paid at the time of cancellation, using the same payment method originally used for the booking.
In any of the aforementioned cases, the portion of the payment made using promotional codes, whether partial or total, for a canceled reservation will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Likewise, these promotional codes will not be eligible for replacement with new codes of equivalent value if they expire before the new reservation is completed to replace the canceled one.

Reservations - Clients with Functional Diversity
The facilities of LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) are fully adapted and completely accessible for individuals with any type of functional diversity.
In the special case that individuals with motor disabilities, CLIENTS must indicate in the booking form on the official website if any participant meets these characteristics. This is solely to ensure that THE CHRONOSPHERE can arrange objects and furniture in the most convenient way during activity preparations, making them accessible to all participants and facilitating the best possible experience.
In any case, despite the full accessibility of the facilities, space, comfort and safety considerations make it impossible for the total capacity assigned to each service to be occupied entirely by individuals with reduced mobility.
Therefore, CLIENTS must explicitly contact THE CHRONOSPHERE to check availability if they wish to book a reservation where the number of attendees with reduced mobility exceeds the limit allowed in the booking form of the official website for the selected service.
Similarly, CLIENTS must contact THE CHRONOSPHERE if they wish to modify the number of participants with these characteristics for an already confirmed reservation.
In the special case that individuals with any type of sensory functional diversity, CLIENTS should be aware that some activities may include challenges involving color differentiation or specific auditory and/or visual elements.
As a general recommendation, THE CHRONOSPHERE advises that CLIENTS with any type of functional diversity attend with other participants who can accompany them. This will help ensure they successfully complete the activities and fully complete and take the most of the experience.
Apart from the previously mentioned capacity limitations, conditions, terms, procedures and deadlines that apply to groups with participants with functional diversity are governed by the same agreements, obligations and rights detailed in the rest of this document.

Reservations - Corporate Events and Businesses
CLIENTS may hire the services of LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) to organize corporate recreational events and "Team Building" group activities. These activities are designed to enhance employee potential, develop skills and identify potential areas for improvement in team cohesion.
CLIENTS interested in booking these corporate and group activities may use any of the contact methods detailed in the "Description and Identifying Information" section to receive a customized proposal tailored to their needs. However, email communication is preferred.
THE CHRONOSPHERE will provide CLIENTS with up-to-date information on the services offered, current availability and possible special offers or price reductions based on the number of activities booked. Additionally, personalized assistance will be provided regarding the service booking and billing process.
In the specific case that this specific booking method, in line with its commitment to protecting CLIENT information, THE CHRONOSPHERE will not, under any circumstances, share the data collected or recordings made during the provision of the contracted services. This ensures full compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the "Data Protection and Privacy" section.
Furthermore, THE CHRONOSPHERE will not allow unauthorized personnel to access restricted areas that are not open to the public, as this could compromise the safety of the facilities and participants or interfere with the ability of the organization to properly manage and deliver the service.
CLIENTS may include an observer, selected according to their specific needs, within the group participating in the booked activities. This observer will be counted as part of the reservation and must comply with the maximum capacity restrictions for each activity.
As with activities offered to the general public, corporate and group event reservations are also subject to all the clauses, conditions and rights outlined in the various sections of this document.

Health and Hygiene Measures
LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) is committed to maintaining the hygiene and sanitary conditions of its facilities to ensure the health and safety of CLIENTS participating in its leisure and entertainment activities, undertaking any necessary actions to safeguard them.
To achieve this, THE CHRONOSPHERE will carry out disinfection and sanitation procedures for furniture, utensils, decorative elements and other facilities, with particular attention to those accessible to the general public. These measures will be implemented between each available session using the cleaning and sanitation products recommended by the relevant authorities.
CLIENTS agree to comply at all times with THE CHRONOSPHERE’s instructions and to avoid any actions or behaviors that could pose a risk to the health and safety of other participants or the staff assisting them during the activities.
It is especially important that CLIENTS follow all guidelines provided during the booking process regarding dress codes and mandatory hygiene protection measures before arriving at THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities. These may include the use of certified face masks, vinyl gloves or equivalent protective equipment.
Additionally, CLIENTS must adhere to all prevention and disinfection protocols from the moment they are notified while inside THE CHRONOSPHERE’s premises, such as the frequent use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers.
Upon arrival at THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities to participate in the booked activities, CLIENTS commit to being in full physical and intellectual capacity, without having consumed any substances that could impair their faculties, such as alcoholic beverages, psychotropic substances or narcotics.
In compliance with Law 42/2010, of December 30, which modifies Law 28/2005, of December 26, on Health Measures Against Smoking and the Regulation of the Sale, Supply, Consumption and Advertising of Tobacco Products, smoking is strictly prohibited within THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities. Similarly, the consumption of food or beverages, especially alcoholic beverages, is not permitted without explicit prior authorization.
In the special case that CLIENTS fail to comply with any of the above hygiene measures, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to interrupt the booked activities at any time and to expel the CLIENTS from its facilities without any entitlement to a refund, whether partial or total, of the amounts already paid.

Safety Regulations and Thefts
LA CRONOSFERA AGENCIA DEL TIEMPO (THE CHRONOSPHERE AGENCY OF TIME) will ensure at all times the safety of its facilities and the CLIENTS participating in its activities, taking the necessary actions to guarantee it.
CLIENTS will need to interact with various utensils, furniture and decorative elements located in different areas of THE CHRONOSPHERE’s facilities in order to successfully complete the booked activities. These activities are designed as logic and puzzle-based games and are intended to be solved without the use of brute force under any circumstances.
Therefore, CLIENTS agree to handle all objects and furniture encountered during the activities with caution and care, taking care not to force, hit, push, pull, scratch or damage them in any way.
Likewise, CLIENTS agree not to seize, steal, remove or deliberately damage any element present within THE CHRONOSPHERE’s premises.
In the special case that CLIENTS violate any of the aforementioned safety regulations, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right to interrupt the booked activities at any time and expel CLIENTS from the premises without any entitlement to a refund, whether partial or total, of the amounts already paid.
If, as a result of violating these safety regulations, especially in cases of bad faith, damage occurs to the facilities, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right and CLIENTS accept, to issue the corresponding charge for the necessary repairs to the bank card linked to the booking during which the damage occurred.
Additionally, if such damages require the cancellation of subsequent reservations due to the inability to conduct the scheduled activities, THE CHRONOSPHERE also reserves the right to issue charges for all canceled services until the necessary repairs are completed or the stolen items are replaced.
In compliance with Law 17/1997, of July 4, on Public Performances and Recreational Activities, THE CHRONOSPHERE reserves the right of admission at all times, as well as the right to take any legal actions deemed appropriate against CLIENTS who violate the safety regulations outlined herein, the hygiene and disinfection protocols previously stated or any other clauses, recommendations and obligations established in the different sections of this document on General Agreements, Terms and Conditions.
